Job Description
As an Architect with 10-12+ years of experience in the Real Estate sector, your main responsibilities will include preparing RFP & scope documents for appointing a team of design consultants, creating project briefs and design control documents to ensure compliance with codes and standards, and coordinating with both international and local architects, structure, and MEP consultants. You will be in charge of obtaining all necessary building plan approvals, managing the in-house design team, overseeing project efficiencies, and approving drawings/submittals by various design consultants. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring pre-construction timelines, design deliveries, and building plan approvals to prevent project delays. Your role will involve conducting project feasibility assessments for potential properties or new acquisitions. To excel in this position, you must possess knowledge of the latest market trends in architectural design and technology. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, and Photoshop is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and outstanding presentation skills are also required. An eye for detail and expertise in material specifications will be beneficial for this role. The location of this position is at Gigaplex, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable design institute such as SPA, CEPT, or JJCA (or equivalent) is necessary to qualify for this role.,
