Job Description

The position of Assistant Manager Aftermarket Sales is currently open at IndiTech Valves Pvt. Ltd., located in Pune, Maharashtra. IndiTech Valves Pvt. Key Responsibilities: - Handling aftermarket enquiries (spares, service) from end users, OEMs, and channel partners - Developing and maintaining an installed base database to identify replacement and service opportunities - Collaborating with internal teams for offer preparation, service planning, and timely execution - Driving follow-ups and converting enquiries into orders - Negotiating pricing and commercial terms in accordance with company policies - Managing enquiry pipeline using CRM and internal tools - Conducting customer visits for service reviews and technical discussions - Providing regular market insights and competitor analysis - Contributing to monthly revenue targets and annual sales planning Desired Candidate Profile: - 6 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing within the industrial domain - Possessing strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Demonstrating a high level of ownership and result orientation - Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage - Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet Educational Qualifications: - BE in Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation (preferred) - MBA is considered an added advantage - Diploma holders with 8-10 years of relevant experience will also be taken into consideration - Exceptional candidates from industrial technical sales backgrounds may apply without a formal engineering degree Relevant Industry Background: - Valves, Actuators, Pumps, Compressors - Boilers, Turbines, Thermic Fluid Heaters - Flow Control Equipment, Instrumentation - Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Steam Accessories - Turnkey Industrial Projects Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by sending their resume to: - sushilkumar.thorat@inditechvalves.com - arya.karpe@inditechvalves.com,
