The Management Trainee will be responsible for supporting daily operations, assisting in project management, analyzing performance metrics, participating in strategic planning, and developing leadership skills. This role involves collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. Qualifications Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Leadership skills Data Analysis and Performance Metrics evaluation skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with various departments Proficiency in MS Office Suite Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Previous internship or work experience in management is a plus Postgraduates preferred, but graduates are welcome to apply.
