Job Description

Finlogik is looking for a management auditor to join our finance Team in Sfax Office. For more details, please read the description below. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices promptly using Concur and VIA. Submit invoices for upper management approval. Review contract statuses, document details. Ensure a positive IT services experience for customers and business stakeholders. Maintain accurate user and vendor records, including entitlements. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare detailed user and cost reports (instructions provided). Resolve billing discrepancies through communication with stakeholders. Assist internal staff with billing questions and issues. Update costs, justifications, and adjustments under tight deadlines. Development and implementation of management tools (Reporting, KPIs, dashboards). Participation in the budgeting process and performing budget control. Monitoring variances between forecasted and actual objectives and implementing corrective actions. Analyzing margins and controlling various costs. Managing monthly and quarterly invoicing. Analyzing and tracking accounting and financial reports (Income Statements, Financial Balance Sheets, etc.). Monitoring cost accounting. Ensuring administrative employees management. Provide back-up support to team members as required. Be flexible to overlap with Eastern Time working hours for meetings or critical tasks. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, with familiarity in tech products. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Aptitude to learn and excel in VIA, the Billing teams book of record. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is essential for this role, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with international teams Experience in Microsoft Office apps, like Excel (formulas and Pivot Tables, etc.) Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases, with experience in writing efficient and optimized queries. Proficiency in using information systems (ERP, Sage, spreadsheets, databases, BI tools, etc.). Expertise in analyzing and processing accounting and financial information. Experience in the financial services industry is an asset. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in problem-solving and sound judgment. Demonstrates initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Familiarity with cloud technologies is an asset.,
