Job Title: Management Accountant (R2R) Hybrid

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite + Remote)
Shift Timings: 12:30 PM 10:00 PM IST / 1:30 PM 11:00 PM IST
Experience Required: 3+ years in Management Accounting / Record to Report (R2R)

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant with deep expertise in Record to Report (R2R) processes. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Manage end-to-end R2R processes including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and period-end closings.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and global accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

• Collaborate with auditors, cross-functional teams, and international finance stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement and automation of accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CA / ACCA

• Minimum 3 years of experience in R2R or management accounting roles.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
