Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Cost Estimation Expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate estimating project costs for interior designs. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical knowledge, and financial accuracy. (Candidates from nearby location is preferred, Attingal,Chirayinkeezhu,Kaniyapuram). Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budgets. Provide accurate cost estimations based on design specifications, materials, labor, and vendor quotes. Work closely with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure on-time and on-budget execution. Requirements: Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience (minimum 23 years) in interior design with cost estimation responsibilities. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Advanced skills in MS Excel Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
