Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Machine Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with knitting machines promptly. Preventive Maintenance: Implement regular maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and optimize machine lifespan. Overhauling: Conduct thorough overhauls of machines to restore them to optimal condition. General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections. Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity. Knowledge of TPM and 5S: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S principles. Preferred Industry Knitting or Garments Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI. Hands-on experience in knitting machine maintenance and repair. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
