Job Description:
  • To supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and support of Eklavya building, Swimming pool, sports grounds, and courts under the purview of Somaiya Sports Academy.
  • Oversees staff installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining building systems, including mechanical, natural grass, artificial grass, electrical, IT, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
  • Tracking work orders and ensuring work follows established service and quality standards for completion.
  • Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects.
    • Key Skills
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of Civil, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. Working knowledge of Swimming Pool machines and equipment.
