Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Subway's equipment and facilities as a Maintenance GPM in Coimbatore. Your role will include developing and implementing maintenance strategies, overseeing product development, coordinating with team members, and using analytical skills to monitor and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various departments is essential to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction. Your qualifications should include experience in troubleshooting equipment and maintenance, vendor follow-ups and management, preventive maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting. The ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and Kerala, along with an ITI or Diploma in EEE, is required. Experience in the food service industry would be an added advantage.,
