Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment. This includes conducting preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery. You will be expected to diagnose mechanical issues and determine the appropriate corrective actions. In cases where equipment components are defective, you will be responsible for repairing or replacing them in a timely manner. A crucial aspect of this role is to respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls. You will also be required to maintain detailed maintenance logs and provide reports on daily activities. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies is essential to maintain a safe working environment. Collaboration with other departments or contractors may be necessary for larger repairs or installations. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of tools and parts to support maintenance activities effectively.
