Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Shop Manager at BHARAT ROLL INDUSTRY PVT. LTD. located in Kolkata. The Machine Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing production planning, production management, machining operations, quality management, and inspection processes on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Production Planning, Production Management, and Quality Management skills Machining and Inspection skills Experience in managing machining operations and ensuring quality standards Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in machining environments Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field CNC Programming Positive towards a change in environment and adapatability within a dynamic market.,
