Department Production Educational Qualification 10+2 & ITI in any Trade Designation Machine Operator Job Title Machine Operator Tunnel and Vial Washing Job Summary Cleaning and operation vial washing machine and dehydrogenation tunnel. Knowledge of complete changeover and up keepments of change parts. Handling of changeover of vial washing as per pack. Visually inspect the empty glass vials Shall reconcile the vials Shall Trouble shoot the alarms generated during execution of the activity Assist in qualification of Vial Washing and dehydrogenation tunnel Monitoring of the differential pressure ,temperature and non viable particle monitoring of the Dehydrogenation tunnel. Cleaning and preparation of different autoclave loads (machine parts, manufacturing accessories etc.) Disinfectant preparation, distribution, disinfectant filtration, cartoning of vials. Operation and cleaning of leak test apparatus, neutralization cabinet, Filter Integrity Machine and other D area equipments. Garments washing, drying, inspection and preparation of garment load for sterilization.,
