Core Responsibilities:

• Set up and Adjust Machines:
• Prepare machinery for operation by loading materials, setting parameters, and calibrating for optimal performance.
• Operate and Monitor:
• Start machines, monitor their operation, and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency during production.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve machine malfunctions, perform minor repairs, and escalate issues to maintenance or supervisors as needed.
• Maintenance:
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and report any safety hazards.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate production logs, track machine performance, and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth production flow and efficient operations.
