Machine Operator:

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.

Production Processes:

• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Quality Control:

• Perform regular quality checks during production.
• Report defects or inconsistencies in products.
• Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.

• Shifts:

• 7 AM to 3 PM
• 3 PM to 11 PM
• 11 PM to 7 AM
• Work week: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off
• Shift Allowance: ?30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)

RequirementsQualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)

Age: 18-25 years

Gender: Male & Female

Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.

• ?17,000 per month for Diploma holders

Overtime: Occasionally available

Food & Transport:

• Two meals per day provided at the plant (Vegetarian)
• ?500 deducted monthly from the stipend for food and transportation

• 3-month accommodation for male trainees in hostels (3-4 people per room)
• Distance from factory: 3-10 minutes depending on hostel location

• ?5,000 every 6 months for the first 2 years
