Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive with practical experience as a Machine Operator / Printing Supervisor / Production Incharge within garment printing units. As the ideal candidate, you will utilize your technical expertise to promote and sell our range of inks to printing units and factories. Your main responsibilities will include visiting textile printing units and factories to showcase and market our water-based inks. By understanding customer requirements, offering technical solutions, and fostering lasting relationships, you will play a crucial role in supporting machine operators and production teams during the transition to our inks. Furthermore, you will be tasked with collecting feedback from clients, collaborating with the R&D team to enhance product performance, generating sales leads, pursuing inquiries, and finalizing deals. It will also be essential to maintain accurate records of sales visits, reports, and customer input, as well as to deliver basic technical assistance and address ink-related issues on-site. Meeting monthly sales goals and contributing to business expansion efforts will be integral parts of this role. This is a full-time position that offers a performance bonus. The role requires in-person work, and the successful candidate will be expected to thrive in a dynamic environment that demands excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,
