Job Description

As a Residential Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with potential customers in the residential real estate category and developers sales team. By staying updated with the latest market trends through internal communications and research, you will be able to effectively assist potential customers in shortlisting suitable properties through organized presentations and verbal communication. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will play a key role in achieving monthly and quarterly targets set in collaboration with senior management. Your role will also involve accompanying potential customers to shortlisted sites, where your assistance in structuring and negotiating deals will be crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be necessary to excel in this position. The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in management with a specialization in Marketing or Finance and have relevant sales experience in real estate, home loans, or insurance. Additionally, you will be expected to possess luxury sales experience and have a total of at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in real estate sales.
