The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our growing business needs. This role is perfect for females with 0-5 years of recruitment experience who are eager to build a career in HR. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels like job portals, social media, and referrals to attract potential candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Prepare recruitment reports and track key performance metrics. Coordinate interviews and assist in onboarding new employees. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline. 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using job portals and social media platforms for recruitment. Good organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with ATS tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
