Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage the flow of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers and safe and efficient product distribution. Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery. Inventory Management Monitor inventory/FG Stock levels conduct regular stock checks. Track shipments daily. Transportation Coordination Arrange transportation for goods, negotiate with carriers for competitive rates, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Optimise transportation routes to minimise costs and maximise efficiency. Documentation And Recordkeeping Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other logistics-related documents to ensure smooth operations and compliance with legal requirements. Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Documentation as per ISO standards Vendor Management Collaborate with Rinac branches, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise. Evaluate the performance of logistics partners and vendors. Problem Solving Address any logistical challenges or disruptions promptly to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction Implement process improvements to enhance logistics operations. Cost Management Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize logistics processes and reduce expense,
