Job Description
Responsibilities: Prepare and process export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packaging, labelling, and loading of cargo for export. Communicate with clients to confirm shipment details and provide updates on shipment status. Negotiate with carriers and freight forwarders to secure the best rates and shipping schedules. Ensure that all shipments comply with international laws and regulations. Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit. Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation. Assist in the development and implementation of export strategies to optimize shipping processes. Maintain record and follow-up for export receivables. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounts, supply chain, international trade or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in the Export / shipping / logistics industry. Familiarity with export documentation and shipping procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Office applications and ERP software. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Certifications (if applicable): Certification in export import / supply chain / logistics management is added qualification.
