Job Description

We are in to IT hardware business. For that we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager / Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to optimizing our operations.


Note : Basic knowledge of IT Products like Laptops, Desktops, PC components, Networking Products is must.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Supply Chain Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and product.

2. Inventory Control:

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Implement inventory management best practices to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of inventory records.

3. Transportation and Distribution:

  • Manage transportation operations, including route planning, carrier selection, and freight negotiation.
  • Optimize distribution networks to minimize lead times and transportation costs.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.

4. Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and lead a team of logistics professionals, including warehouse staff and transportation coordinators, Delivery Boys.


5. DOA & Replacement :

  • Manage the process of returning defective products to the manufacturer or vendor, including packaging, shipping, and tracking.
  • If replacement products are required, coordinate the ordering and delivery of replacement units to the customer or retail locations.


Qualifications:

  1. Diploma must. Degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  3. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, transportation, and inventory management.
  4. Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  10. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
