Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales Execution
Plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and sales of LAP products. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. -
Client Assessment & Profiling
Analyze customer financial profiles and assess eligibility for LAP offerings in line with internal underwriting guidelines and compliance standards. -
Loan Processing & Documentation
Gather, verify, and validate essential documentation including property ownership and income proofs to facilitate seamless loan application processing. -
Credit Liaison & Compliance
Liaise with credit and risk assessment teams to obtain timely loan approvals, ensuring adherence to internal lending norms and regulatory policies. -
Portfolio Oversight & Risk Management
Regularly monitor the performance of the LAP portfolio, proactively identify delinquent accounts, and coordinate with recovery teams when necessary to mitigate risks. -
Customer Relationship Management
Deliver outstanding customer service by offering end-to-end support, resolving queries promptly, and nurturing long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
