Job Description
Role Summary:
We are hiring a Recovery Executive with experience in hard recovery and field collection. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in recovering overdue payments from customers and handling high-pressure field situations.
Key Responsibilities:

Visit borrowers in the field to recover overdue EMIs and outstanding payments

Carry out hard recovery actions as per company policy

Maintain regular follow-up with defaulters and document all interactions

Coordinate with the internal credit and legal team for escalated recovery cases

Submit daily recovery reports and field updates to the team lead
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hard recovery/field collection (preferably in NBFC or microfinance sector)

Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Familiarity with Delhi NCR routes and market

Willingness to travel extensively and work on-ground
-
Own two-wheeler preferred
