Job Description
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms. Meet prospective customers, understand their loan requirements, and recommend suitable loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, EMIs, and processing timelines. Assist clients throughout the loan application process including document collection, verification, and coordination with back-end processing teams. Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement. Maintain relationships with customers for future cross-sell and referrals. Stay updated on current loan products, competitor offerings, and RBI policies.
