• Sourcing new clients through various channels like agents, referrals, or cold calls.
• Explaining how LAP works and addressing questions clients may have.
• Collecting documents from customers and passing them on to the credit or processing team.
• Keeping a regular check on market competition and what other financial institutions are offering.
• Ensuring the loan disbursement goes through smoothly, without delays.
• Following up with customers after the loan is sanctioned or disbursed.
• Meeting the targets given by the branch or sales head is expected.
