Job Title: Sales Officer Home Loan Department
Location: Gariahat / Saltlake
Salary: 15,000 22,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales (BFSI/Banking sector preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our Home Loan Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a background in BFSI or banking sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, and helping them secure the right home loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new customers for home loan products

• Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly basis

• Guide customers through the home loan process, eligibility, and documentation

• Maintain relationships with channel partners and builders

• Follow up with clients and ensure timely processing of applications

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience in BFSI/Banking/Financial Products

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented and self-driven

• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent service
