Loan Executive Global Realty and Finance

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with a solid understanding of loan-related products. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and coordinating with the backend team to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation.

• Key Responsibilities:? Connect with customers to understand their loan requirements (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Balance Transfer, etc.)
• ? Effectively communicate loan options and clarify queries related to interest rates, tenure, eligibility, and documentation
• ? Coordinate with backend staff for processing, approval follow-ups, and disbursal timelines
• ? Assist customers in documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and submitted on time
• ? Maintain a professional and helpful relationship with customers throughout the loan process
• Required Skills & Qualifications:?? Knowledge of all major loan products (PL, BL, LAP, Credit Card BT, etc.)
• ?? Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
• ?? Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
• ?? Basic understanding of loan eligibility, CIBIL scores, and financial documents
• ?? Good coordination and follow-up abilities
• Additional Information:? Experience in BFSI/loan sales preferred but not mandatory
