The position in Bangalore requires an Immediate Joiner with 5 to 12 years of experience. As an Embedded Platform Software Developer for high-end networking solutions, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing software. Collaboration with the Hardware Development team is essential for rapid platform bring-up. Your role includes participation in HW Design reviews and articulating system software requirements. Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, SQA, and other development teams is crucial to ensure that the embedded platform software meets performance, scalability, interoperability, and security requirements. Qualifications: - B.S./B.E./B.Tech in CS/EE/ECE. - 8-12 years of experience in developing complex networking solutions. - Proficiency in Linux Internals, Device Driver development, and BIOS/BMC Operations. - Knowledge of switching ASICs, particularly Broadcom XGS/DNX. - Strong programming skills in C/C++; experience in GoLang is a plus. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced agile development environment. - Familiarity with Secure coding practices and network security. - Understanding of virtualization technologies such as Virtual Machines and Containers.
