We are seeking a Line Producer based in Delhi for an upcoming low-budget Indie feature film project. The ideal candidate should possess excellent production planning and budgeting skills, ensuring efficient logistics management and smooth execution of the film from pre-production to post-production stages. Working closely with the Director and Producers, the Line Producer will play a key role in bringing the creative vision to life within the designated budget and timeline. Candidates with prior experience in short films, indie features, or student films, demonstrating a practical understanding of production management, are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to professionals with a background from esteemed film institutes such as Whistling Woods, FTII, SRFTI, AAFT, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the budget and cost estimation for the entire project - Recruit and coordinate with cast, crew, vendors, and locations - Oversee day-to-day operations and logistics during the shoot - Monitor expenses and maintain production accounts - Address logistical issues on-site and ensure the shoot progresses as planned Requirements: - Location: Delhi NCR - Previous experience as a line producer, production manager, or similar role in indie films or short projects - Proficiency in production budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination - Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure - Knowledge of local crew, vendors, and shoot locations is advantageous - Film school background is preferred - Highly organized, composed under pressure, and effective communicator This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
