Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lift Technician to install, maintain, repair, and service elevator systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with mechanical and electrical components of lifts, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Install new lift systems as per technical drawings and safety standards.

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of lift systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Respond to service calls and attend breakdowns efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, manufacturer guidelines, and local regulations.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance logs.
• Assist in modernizing and upgrading older lift systems.
• Maintain tools and test equipment in good condition.
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and clients on-site.

Required Skills: Knowledge of lift/elevator mechanical and electrical systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment: Fieldwork at construction sites or existing buildings

• May require working in shifts, weekends, or on-call duty
• Travel between job sites may be needed
