As a liaison officer, your primary responsibility will involve communicating and collaborating with MSEDCL officers to facilitate company operations effectively. You will be tasked with submitting applications for new electricity connections or modifications and meticulously managing the associated paperwork until approvals are obtained. In addition, you will be expected to address any issues concerning electricity supply or bills and ensure prompt resolution while fostering positive relationships with MSEDCL personnel. Moreover, a key aspect of your role will be to maintain comprehensive records of all relevant documents and approvals to ensure smooth operations and compliance. This position requires a dedicated individual who can work full-time on a permanent basis and is committed to upholding high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
