Location: Chennai, India Duration: 2 months Note: Candidates based in Chennai are most welcome to apply. Job Summary: We are seeking Legal Interns to support our contract management team. This role offers hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements, with a focus on compliance and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements). Conduct legal research and identify potential risks. Support documentation and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Completed LLB (LLM in Maritime Law is highly preferred). Strong interest in contract law and corporate legal practices.
