Job Description
As a Tele Caller with Leads Follow-Up responsibilities, you will be engaging with various departments such as BDA, BBMP, Panchayat, CMC, Sub-registrar, and Taluk office to facilitate discussions on Khata, Land Documents Procurement, House Tax, BESCOM, and other related services. Your role will involve providing updates to clients regarding the progress of different services. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the schedules of the Field Executives. To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Real Estate matters, particularly related to documentation. The required experience for this role is between 6 months to 2 years. This is a full-time and permanent job opportunity with benefits including Provident Fund. The working schedule for this position includes morning shifts with availability required on weekends. The preferred work location is in person.
