As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in conducting legal due diligence and supporting real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for real estate transactions. Review and analyze property-related documents, including title deeds, agreements, encumbrances, and compliance records. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in transactions. Draft and review legal documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and other real estate-related contracts. Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Stay updated on applicable real estate laws, rules, and regulatory developments. Qualifications: LL.B. degree from a recognized university. 0-1 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate law or related legal practice. Strong understanding of property laws, land due diligence, and real estate transactions. Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joining availability is required.
