Responsibilities: Drafting of legal agreements/documents for startup as well as for established business Providing advice on legal matter Review and vetting legal agreements/documents Monitoring implementation of the legal clauses. Conducting legal analysis and researching case studies Providing advice on Intellectual Property Rights & Matters Advising LW clients on getting mandatory documents (Legal) Help building the Legal documents library on our portal Require to work closely with team of Business Advisor Requirements: Bachelors degree in Law Experience in Law field Strong analytical and research skills Strong in drafting legal Agreements Candidate from legal start up or Firm worked for start up will be given priority Effective interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well within a team and individually Ability work long hours when needed.
