Job Description
Wiring Diagrams: Create diagrams & assembly work instructions using Smart Draw or other software. Sample Mockups: First time mockups of new assembly builds. Bill of Material Creation: Add tested and approved BOM in NetSuite based on sample verification and testing.Inspections: Inspect all builds to ensure that lighting products are assembled according to the wiring diagram for quality assurance and the product has met safety standards. Technical Support: Assist our sales team & customer support on questions regarding assembly, installation and product specs. Recommend continuous improvement initiatives for our Production Department. Collaborate with Engineers to streamline Production efficiency and processes. Fabricate, assemble and test LED lighting products according to company specifications. Monitor employee performance, adjusting their level of builds as they grow and develop.Production goals set by leadership are met and areas of improvement are identified.
