The Leasing Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the leasing activities of commercial properties. You will be required to develop leasing strategies to achieve high occupancy rates and revenue goals, while also maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include handling lease negotiations and renewals, monitoring market trends, coordinating with marketing teams for promotional activities, conducting property tours, and ensuring client satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, strong negotiation and communication skills, and knowledge of lease agreements, tenant laws, and real estate regulations. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule and benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus.
