Job Description
As a Corporate Leasing Executive or Corporate Leasing Assistant Manager at a Commercial leasing company in Mumbai, you will be responsible for providing leasing management, commercial property leasing, leasing negotiation, and leasing administration & documentation support to the operations and management in the real estate sector. Your role will involve utilizing your 1 to 3 years (for Executive) or 1 to 5 years (for Assistant Manager) of experience in real estate and leasing background. To excel in this role, you should possess business development skills in commercial property leasing, strong interpersonal and communication skills, general negotiation abilities, as well as excellent organizational and time-management capabilities. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software are essential for success in this position. Previous experience in the real estate (Corporate leasing) industry would be advantageous.
