Position: Team Member Learning & Development (Group Level)
Grade: Executive / Assistant Manager
Location: Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai
Reporting to: AGM Learning & Development
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Management
-
Own end to end logistics for virtual & inperson learning (scheduling, communication, venue/platform setup, materials).

Ensure seamless delivery by coordinating calendars, supporting trainers and participants.

Track attendance, gather feedback, and support postprogram analysis.
-
Maintain timelines, quality benchmarks, and internal standards.
2. Project Administration
-
Analyze training needs across business units to inform learning interventions.
-
Coordinate with HR, Admin, Finance, and external partners for smooth execution.

Maintain training documentation and update project logs.
-
Assist with budget tracking and resource planning.
3. Vendor Management
-
Communicate training objectives to vendors; manage scheduling and deliverables.

Oversee vendor onboarding, contracts, follow-ups, and performance reviews.

Handle service entries, PO creation, invoicing via SAP & ARIBA.
-
Ensure timely vendor payments and escalate issues as needed.
4. MIS & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate training data and calendars.
-
Produce dashboards/reporting on participation, feedback, course completion, and trends.

Support leadership review meetings with actionable insights.
-
Ensure reporting aligns with audit and compliance standards.
5. LMS & Digital Platform Admin
-
Manage backend of LMS (e.g., SuccessFactors): user access, content uploads, data integrity.
-
Monitor engagement metrics; generate system usage reports.
-
Coordinate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.

Ensure smooth and timely learner experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.
-
2 - 5 years experience in corporate Learning & Development.
-
Detail oriented with strong execution skills and coordination aptitude.

Handson experience with:

LMS administration (preferably SuccessFactors)
-
SAP (POs, service entries, invoicing)
-
ARIBA (vendor onboarding/management)
-

Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
-
Proficient multitasker with clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
