Role Description Location: raipur Experience: 14 years Type: Full-time As a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist at Lorio, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that upskill internal teams and empower our fleet owner customers and their drivers with digital literacy, safety, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with product, sales, and support teams to identify learning needs and deliver engaging, practical training experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training programs for internal teams and external users (fleet owners, drivers). Create content including videos, presentations, manuals, and local-language guides. Conduct onboarding and upskilling sessions for new employees and partners. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business goals.,
