Are you passionate about content creation, training design, and learning interventions Join us as an L&D Intern and gain hands-on experience in one of India's leading retail organizations Spencers Retail Limited, a part of the RPSG Group. Internship Details: Position: Learning & Development Intern Duration: 6 Months Mode: Full-Time | Work from Office Location: Kolkata Stipend: 5,000 - 7,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Support the design and development of training content for various business functions Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, and e-learning materials Design visually appealing internal communication and learning assets using Canva Assist in content writing, editing, and aligning materials with learning objectives Sorting, organizing, and analyzing training data to support data-driven decisions and learning insights Maintain and update internal learning repositories and documentation Requirements: Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Hands-on experience with Canva Excellent command of written English and a flair for content creation Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Interest in Learning & Development or HR is a plus Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team environment What Youll Gain: Practical exposure to real-world L&D operations in the retail sector Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Internship certificate and a strong learning portfolio Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects from Day 1 Note: This is a full-time internship from our Kolkata office, so only apply if you are available to work on-site for 6 months.,
