As the Lead Trainer SAP ABAP, your responsibilities include designing, developing, and conducting high-quality training sessions on SAP ABAP for individuals at various skill levels. You will create and update training materials, hands-on exercises, real-world use cases, and assessment tools. Providing one-on-one mentoring and group coaching during lab sessions is essential to help participants solidify their understanding. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ABAP practices, tools, and techniques, and incorporate SAP BTP and SAP UI5 topics where applicable. Gather feedback from trainees to enhance training effectiveness continually. To succeed in this role, you must have 8 to 10 years of practical experience in SAP ABAP development. Proficiency in classical and object-oriented ABAP, OData, AMDP, CDS Views, ABAP on Cloud, RAP, Extensions, Workflows, ALV reporting, smart forms, and data dictionary objects is essential. Additionally, experience with RESTful ABAP Programming, BTP, Fiori/UI5, BOPF, and BRF+ is advantageous. Familiarity with SAP BTP and SAP UI5/Fiori development is highly beneficial. Previous experience in technical training, mentoring junior developers, or creating learning content is desirable. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners. Qualifications for this role include a BE/B Tech/MCA/MS/M Tech degree, with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
