Job Description
You should have an educational background of M.Sc. / M.Tech / PhD in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field. With 5 to 10 years of experience in formulation and development of hair and/or skin care products, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong knowledge of hair & skin physiology, surfactants, emulsions, ingredient functionality, product evaluation, stability testing, and formulation chemistry. It is preferred that you have experience with formulation design software, data analysis tools, and project management software. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be crucial for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, possessing strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills will be beneficial in this role.,
