Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles and industries (primarily IT and non-IT).

• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, define job roles, and drive closures.

• Mentor and manage a team of recruiters assign tasks, review progress, and ensure accountability.

• Drive a result-oriented culture by setting hiring targets and monitoring team KPIs.

• Source talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and Boolean search techniques.

• Screen candidates for both technical and cultural fit and manage the full interview process.

• Ensure strong offer-to-joining conversion through consistent follow-ups and engagement.

• Work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.

• Contribute to process improvements, recruitment strategy, and team development initiatives.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy or startup environment.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and get results through a recruitment team.

• Strong hands-on sourcing and candidate assessment skills.

• Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.

• High adaptability, ownership mindset, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with ATS tools, Excel dashboards, and modern sourcing platforms.

• Passion for hiring and building high-performance teams.
