Job Description
The Lead Qualification Executive position in Hyderabad requires a dynamic and communicative individual with 12 years of experience in calling or lead qualification. You will be responsible for handling inbound leads, qualifying them through calls and analysis, and assigning them to sales teams. It is essential to maintain lead status in the CRM system, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, and ensure timely follow-up for closure. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be fluent in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus). Experience in voice-based roles, telesales, or lead qualification is required. A tech-savvy individual with exposure to software/technology environments will be preferred. You should be comfortable with domestic and international calling and willing to work on alternate weekends with compensatory weekday offs. It would be beneficial to have experience using CRM tools and previous exposure to tech or SaaS environments for this role.
