The Lead Qualification Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and analysis. Day-to-day tasks include managing lead databases, reaching out to potential clients, assessing lead potential, and ensuring smooth communication between the marketing and sales teams. Qualifications Strong research, analysis, and data management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM and lead management tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields Strong organizational and time-management abilities Familiarity with the BPM industry is a plus Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred,
