You are a highly experienced and motivated Lead Programmer with 10-12 years of experience, sought to join a dynamic team. You should have extensive experience in working on Siemens and Rockwell platforms, proficiency in batching, historian, SSRS reporting, client-server architecture, PCS7, and control logic. Your responsibilities include leading and managing the in-house programming team to ensure high efficiency and project success. You will design, develop, and implement software solutions on Siemens and Rockwell platforms, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability. Additionally, you will develop and manage batching processes, maintain SSRS reports, design client-server architecture, work on PCS7 and control logic, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration. As a Lead Programmer, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior programmers, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering, along with proven professional experience in programming and software development on Siemens and Rockwell platforms.
