Company Description We are looking for a Lead Principal Software Engineer Role Description This is a full-time role for a Lead Principal Software Engineer for our client in Pune. Key Responsibilities: Lead of project members and the project for maintaining and supporting the software. Understand and manage the full development cycle of the project. Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful integration and support. Perform hands-on coding and development tasks as required. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the software. Required Skills: Proficiency in C++ and C#. Experience with Windows API development. Knowledge of COM (Component Object Model). Makefile scripting, InstallShield Experience with integration to Office and other Windows applications. Strong understanding of the full development cycle. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a software development environment. Ability to work onsite in Pune, India during normal IST hours. Location: Pune, India (Onsite) Working Hours: Normal IST hours Experience: 14+ years Work from Office Notice Period: Immediate Joiners (0 to 21 days),
