Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Industrial Process Automation (Pharma, Water Projects) at Laistung located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with industrial automation projects related to pharmaceutical and water treatment sectors. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Industrial Engineering expertise Strong Communication skills and experience in Training Experience in Manufacturing processes Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems Project management experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience in the pharmaceutical or water treatment industry is a plus Automation(DCS/PLC/SCADA/BMS) Projects & CSV/CSA Systems. Good in Documentation & Engineering Practice. Prepare & Execution of documents like CC,URS,DQ (based on DS),FAT,SAT,IQ,OQ &PQ. Ensure best in class design is implementation to deliver a safe and productive environment . Manage a project schedule and report back to the Project Manager/HOD I&A on the progress of execution. Thorough understanding of clean rooms facility for DP manufacturing, controlled environment management, sanitary and non-sanitary utilities and building management with the controls and automation requirement. Hands-on skills in above mentioned area beyond domain expertise will be an added advantage. Thorough understanding on Quality Compliance Requirement and Related Documentation. Tracking the CAPAs and working for quick implementation along with client.,
