Job Description
The role of Lead Global Marketing & Analytics at Glenmark Pharma involves managing projects for products in various stages of the lifecycle, requiring collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Clinical, Alliance Management, affiliates, and partners. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data, researching marketing trends, developing forecasts, pricing strategies, and launch sequences, along with producing KPI dashboards and performance reports. You will work closely with cross-functional teams for launch readiness and manage marketing materials across multiple channels. Your key skills should include excellent multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and prioritization, along with a strong grasp of mathematical and statistical concepts. Experience in analyzing complex datasets, collecting data, and synthesizing analytics is essential. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development phases. Moreover, familiarity with datasets and platforms like IQVIA, Drug Pricing Intelligence, and International Reference Pricing is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools is necessary.
