Job Description
As a Lead Generator in our Sales Team located in Whitefield, Bangalore, your role is crucial in driving our expansion in the US healthcare/teleradiology market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and nurture potential clients to contribute to our growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Lead Generation: Identifying, researching, and creating high-quality leads within the US healthcare/teleradiology sector. - Performing Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting: Contacting potential clients through calls and emails, presenting our services, and arranging meetings for the sales team. - Managing CRM & Data: Accurately recording all lead interactions using CRM systems like Bitrix, Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot, and overseeing pipelines and lead status updates. - Executing Follow-Ups: Timely follow-ups with prospects via email and phone to progress them through the sales funnel. - Utilizing Tools: Employing lead generation tools such as Hunter.io, Apollo.io, and similar platforms to identify and authenticate prospect contact information. To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within teleradiology, healthcare, or tech sales. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with international clients. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting purposes. - Familiarity with CRM platforms like Bitrix, Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. - Knowledge of email prospecting/hunting tools like Hunter, Skrapp, Apollo, etc. - Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven approach with effective follow-up abilities. - Previous exposure to the US healthcare market would be advantageous. An ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
